Can I have pool in my backyard?

The request must be submitted in writing to: The Preserve Architectural Control Committee (Mailing address in footer).  Above ground pools must have cladding, shrubs or other items to enhance their appearance.

Can I have a shed, portable basketball hoop, or trailer on my property?

No.  The Presereve Declarations specifically state temporary structures are not permitted.

Are the Preserve Declarations simply a guide for the property?

No. It is a legally binding document which is available by clicking the PDF file below.

How about dues?  When are they payable and how much are they?

Dues are payable in January and are $200.  If you purchased the property during the current year, the amount will be pro rated accordingly.

How about tools, building materials, or misc items left around the yard?

All items should be removed with 5 days of project completion.  Misc items such as garden tools, garbage cans. or recycling bins need to removed immediately.

How about lawns and shrubs?

All lawns and shrubs need to be trimmed regularly.  The Homeowner cannot allow the property to be overgrown.
