We are here as an elected board of The Preserve at Germantown’s Homeowners Association. Our purpose is to assure The Preserve maintains its appearance to the benefit of all who live here.

We are also responsible for the administration of the covenants for the Preserve. We systematically allow the homeowners to share their concerns or file complaints so that the Preserve maintains its beauty.

We are only as good as the involvement of the homeowners, so we encourage everyone to participate.
